1. For the purchase of packages and memberships, please call the office at (570) 447-3664. We will complete the sale and any purchased packages will be credited to your account, where you can come back to this site to book your times.
2. All chiropractic patients must be seen as a New Patient before booking any follow ups. This is to be sure an adequate history/examination is taken so you can be treated safely. Please book accordingly.
3. All hyperbaric oxygen clients must complete the consultation first. This is to ensure you are a candidate for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and to inform you of what to expect upon arrival for your first appointment.
